Information about Convocation Certificate

1. It is hereby informed that the 1st Convocation of the University is scheduled to be held before April 2026.
2. All students of Certificate, Diploma, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate Degree programmes who have been declared successful on or before March/April 2026 are eligible to receive their Degree / Diploma Certificate, subject to submission of the prescribed application form.
3. Degrees and Diplomas will be awarded only during the official University Convocation, and no certificates shall be issued prior to the Convocation.
4. Once the student selects the mode of collection of the certificate (in person or by post), the applicable convocation fee will be auto-populated in the application form.
5. While filling the application form, students must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria and that all details such as Roll Number, Enrollment Number, Name, Programme, Faculty, and other particulars are correctly entered and strictly match the University records.
6. Eligible students are required to contact the concerned Department and complete the registration and application process within the stipulated time.
7. Students who are unable to attend the Convocation in person may apply to receive their Degree / Diploma Certificate by post, subject to payment of the prescribed fees and postal charges.
8. The Convocation Pass will be generated only after successful verification of the registration by the University and can be downloaded through the Student Login Portal.
9. Students must carry the Convocation Pass to attend the Convocation ceremony. Entry without a valid Convocation Pass will not be permitted.
